前言：英文怎麼說「某地有某物」？
前言
英文中，我們說明一處有什麼東西，並不全然會照著「主詞 + beV + 地方」這樣的形式在敘述，而是以 there is / there are 為開頭，將「有」提到最前面，而將主詞放到 beV 後面。

（O）There is a dog in your home. 你家有一隻狗。
外國人通常不會使用上面的說法，而是下面的 there is / there are 句型。

- 1） 句型：There is / are + 主詞，表示「地方有……」
- 2） There is + 單數名詞；There are + 複數名詞。
- 3） There is / are 後面通常不可直接接 the！
小提醒：there is / there are 常用來介紹「某地方存在某物」，所以後面常接 a、an、some、數量詞等，而不是一開始就接 the 這種已經特定的名詞。

= There is no + 名詞
例如：
There is not a bird in the tree.
= There is no bird in the tree.
樹上沒有鳥。

there is / are 疑問句、否定句時，用 any；肯定句用 some。
元元：「上面這句話，當年我們老師講了快 100 遍。」
例如：
肯定句：There are some birds in the tree. 樹上有一些鳥。
疑問句：Are there any birds in the tree? 樹上有任何鳥嗎？
否定句：There are not any birds in the tree. 樹上沒有任何鳥。
事實上，翻成中文就很好理解了。
肯定句時，你不會說，樹上有「任何」鳥。
疑問句時，你不會說，樹上有一些鳥嗎？
否定句時，你不會說，樹上沒有一些鳥。
無論是中文還是英文的語感，這樣講都不太順口。

have / has 和 there is / are 都是「有」的意思，但用法不一樣。

舉例來說：

中文意思都是「有」，但英文的說法不一樣哦！
